the breakfast buffet overlooking the lake and mountains was simply breathtaking, making it a perfect way to start the day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. exceeded expectations.

Everything...an outstanding place to stay: great location right on the lake and also right in the center of town, excellent facilities (including novel swimming pool/hot tub/sun terrace on the lake), excellent food, and very nice staff. One of the prettiest spots in all of Austria.

Very good beach - place on the lake, where all sunchairs organized, good vitamin bar during all day. Sauna and relax zone are good as well. Willing to help and friendly staff.

Our stay at the hotel was incredible. The staff made check-in and check-out a breeze, and we felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The apartment we stayed in was not only comfortable, but also offered a stunning view of the lake. We loved the convenience of the little boat that transported us to the amazing deck on the lake. It was the hotel's best asset and provided a lovely area to relax. Despite a few minor issues with the furniture in the living area, our overall experience was fantastic.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape to a fantastic hotel with a prime location by the lake and town square. The hotel had top-notch service, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. We loved the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun deck that offered breathtaking views, and the fact that the owner hosted a champagne breakfast with piano music on Sunday mornings and a cocktail hour prior to dinner added a special touch to our getaway.

Although the room was spacious and clean, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during the heat. Additionally, parking was quite expensive and troublesome. These were minor details and we would still highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a lovely romantic getaway with many nearby attractions and excellent hotel amenities.

The spa facilities are outstanding, the staff at spa extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated beautifully, has outstanding views. We met the manager upon checkin. She was exceptionally professional, and helpful beyond what you expect in the service industry in Austria.

1. The columns in the entryway have pedestals that present a hazard. My wife fell and injured herself. In the following days, we were told repeatedly by staff that they themselves, as well as guests routinely fall. This should be changed. It presets a hazard. 2. We would have preferred if the whirlpool that closes at 8pm, and the spa, which closes at 9pm, had stayed open longer, preferrably until midnight. 3. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, but the quality was not outstanding. This was a small issue.

the hotel has a good location, and the concirege helped me alot for arranging my trips around. the breakfast was great.

i was surprised that they didnt cancel 2 rooms although i cancelled them months ago. they said they didnt recieve any cancelation from Booked.net Also, i found some a toy , 2 underwears and a swimming suit in the drawer. i felt bad and i asked to check out cuz i didnt feel comfortable to sleep in a dirty room.. the wireless internet cant reach the rooms, you have to stay downstairs to use the internet.

The Romantik Hotel Im Weissen Rossl offers amazing views and a recently renovated, antique-themed decor. the rooms are spacious, clean, and have a breathtaking view of Wolfgangsee. the location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of a cute town. the breakfast is authentic and complete, with fresh honey and milk. the facilities go beyond expectations, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Great location at the lake shore, pitoresque small town with many visitors, but still quiet. Very nice and spacious deluxe-room, elegantly furnished. Nice outdoor pool and all teh wellness area with various saunas, free tea-bar etc. Very polite personnel, we had a car defect during our stay - they helped a lto to arrange the repair during the weekend

If the hotel is full (weekend), breakfast room is very noisy. Maybe some re-design would help

Spa center, location, receptionists

Very old and uncomfortable room ( furnecure, free plays, not clean). We did not have cash to pay tips to the waiter after a luch. Next time this person was very rood and demonstrated us that we had to pay him his tips. Bad experiance. Stuf, in general are not good traind for 4stars hotel. Realy. Asking recepcitionist to iron our cloease before dinner we recieved iron it'self :)) withoud evan the desck on which we could put our clouse to iron. No cervice!!
